Certified translation is the documents that certified translators sign and stamp under the documents translated by them. Such translations must be performed by people who are in the status of a certified translator. 

The authorization working as a certified translator is issued by notaries in Turkey. Translators who prove their language proficiency are sworn in the presence of a notary public and then they obtain the authorization. Hence, they obtain the authority to sign and stamp under each translation.

To be a citizen of the Turkish Republic and to have a clean criminal record.

-To swear an oath in the presence of noter
