The legal owners and returning process to the relevant country of the vehicles which are entered to Turkey through legal procedures or illegal methods, disqualified from traffic, or confiscated/seized by police/security department are followed and observed.
1.Information about the files of vehicles subject to International lawsuits and crimes is obtained from Interpol/Europol units.
2.After that, the locations of the vehicles are determined by the Public Security, Department for Auto Theft and Traffic Unit.
3.The vehicles are found in the car parks of the trustee where they are parked on consignment, the situations/conditions of the vehicles are determined and reported to the owners.
4.Vehicles, which parking fees and traffic fines are paid, are transported to the customs units by tow truck.
5.Customs and returning transactions and procedures for the vehicles landing to the customs units, and the necessary fees and fines are paid on behalf of the owner of the vehicles.
6.When these procedures are completed, an appropriate international shipping company is determined.
7.Vehicles are loaded/shipped to the truck through forklift and are shipped out to the country to be returned.
8.All translation processes are tracked by our translators.
The legal owner of the vehicle to be returned identifies an official certificate and/or a power of attorney in the format that the Turkish authorities recognize, for the employee of our company who follow and carry out the works and procedures for all these transactions. These fees are transferred to the legal bank account of our company on consignment or to bank accounts deemed appropriate by the relevant institutions and organizations in order to pay expenses such as taxes, fines, custom fees, parking fees, tow truck and international shipping fees. For these transactions made in the returning process, an agreement is reached with the legal owner of the vehicle for an appropriate fee. The expenses such as travel, accommodation, food and beverages and transportation of the employee while performing his/her duty are covered by the customer. All these processes, mutual obligations and contract terms are bound by a contract. The works are carried out by considering the conditions of mutual trust, confidentiality and privacy.
